This point is a Graham Cave variant and was pressure knapped from a slab of Davis Creek Rainbow Obsidian from California. This style of point would have historically been made from locally sourced raw chert and not made from obsidian.  However we modern day knappers like to bend the rules here and there. This point is no exception and sure has some vibrant and shimmering magic going on. Its a real eye-popper out in the sunlight.
